The black metal sheet is produced using the hot rolling method, in such a way that the steel ingot is heated to a temperature before melting until it becomes a paste, in the next step, it enters the rolling process and is slowly widened and flattened in such a way that the shape of a rectangular cube with length during this process, due to the high temperature of the ingot, the path of the process is cooled with water, and after each rolling step, the output product of each step enters the furnace again to reach the appropriate temperature. In each step, the distance between the rollers is reduced to the extent that in the last step, the distance between the rollers reaches the thickness of the sheet. 2-Oil sheet

 Like black sheet, the name of oiled sheet has nothing to do with the oiliness of the surface of this type of sheet, but because of the polished and shiny surface of this type of sheet in the market, it is called oily. The production process of oiled sheets is done by cold rolling method and for this reason this product has a shiny surface. The purpose of producing this type of sheet is to achieve high surface quality and to prepare sheets with lower thicknesses

The oil sheet production method is such that the output product of the hot rolling process (after cooling) enters the acid washing process, and after this process is finished, the sheet is oiled and coiled again.

One of the advantages of galvanized sheets is resistance to corrosion in acidic and humid environments, and these sheets do not suffer from corrosion and damage due to surface scratches (as much as the thickness of zinc).
