Hash beams or wide wings are other widely used profiles in the Iranian market, which are used in large construction projects such as the construction of commercial complexes, factory sheds, etc. The size of the wing and the body in these steel profiles are equal to each other, so it looks like an H. This product is produced in two types, light and heavy; Its light type is known with the symbol HEA and its heavy type with the symbol HEB. Light and heavy products have the same size, but their thickness is different, and this issue causes a difference in their weight.

INP beam

These beams are also I-shaped, but the shape of their wings is different from the IPE type. In INP beams, the thickness of the wings increases as you approach the body, so when you look at this product from the front, the wings are sloped. INP beams are produced according to the standards of China and Russia. Some of Iran’s construction projects use these INP beams, and for this reason, these products are imported to Iran from countries such as China, Russia, and Korea.

CPE beam (honeycomb)

In the body of honeycomb beams, there are octagonal holes that are similar to beehives, and this is the most important difference between these steel profiles and other types of beams. Despite these holes, it is possible for connections and wires to pass through the skeleton of the structure, but the bending resistance of these beams is lower compared to other types of beams. For this reason, usually after passing the connections and wires, the beam holes are filled with suitable materials. The price of each CPE beam branch is more reasonable than other products, because the empty holes in the body of these profiles make their weight less than other beams.
